Kesher Foundation promotes Jewish public education in Be’er-Sheva,
and brings 200 families in an active community with over 400
students in all grades from Kindergarten to middle school.
Role description: managing dozens of employees (Administration
and staff educational) designing master plans and programs, writing,
layout, management trainings, conferences in all levels of
employees, budget and after school activities and after school
enrichment programs, (active) community management, governance
vs. different institutions, relevant connection with the third party as
(Ministry of education, local authority associations, organizations,
etc), the array management, fundraising, marketing and advertising.
2005 – 2001: Ben-Gurion University of the Negev-Research
Directorate-infectious diseases unit Soroka Medical Center
Director of clinical studies in children.
Role description: clinical research management over 10,000
children of the South. The role of team management rule 30
employees are professional, building programs, immunization and
