▪     I have also put up a Team of Inhouse Resources to assist in the processing of the other African languages such as Somali, Amharic, Tigrinya, Oromo, Luganda and others.

▪     I came up with a winning management Team and started implementing our first 10 year strategic plan.

I took up the challenge, immediately, of overseeing the African Languages Service company‟s overall growth, direction and strategic planning in the late nineteen-nineties.

▪     I have focused on sales and overall expansion of Languages Africa (LA) leading to acquisition of new clients and retention of the old existing ones.

▪     We have also been able to open new operation offices of LA in Zanzibar Island; the Swahili epitome, Kampala in Uganda; the pearl of Africa, Kigali in Rwanda; the land of a thousand hills, Dar es Salaam in Tanzania and DRC in Congo.
