• In charge of the bill of material for multi-projects for LMS100, LM6000, LM2500 Turbine Generator projects. Prepared BOM based on 2D and 3D drawings, ensured all parts or changes are reflected in the BOM. Using the well organized BOM to set up a platform for product development, accurate costing and production efficiency.
• Worked with different engineering teams to develop PFD and P&ID.
• Used AutoCAD 2007 to revise up the assembly and fabrication drawings, detail structure drawings. Successfully completed in designing the following projects:
• LMS100, LM6000, LM2500 project. BOM management performance/accuracy was 97% overall in year 2006 and 99% for the first quarter of 2007.
